Top Score Honors Red Ventures as a Leading U.S. Workplace for LGBTQ+ Equality and Inclusion
CHARLOTTE, NC - Red Ventures, a global portfolio of high-growth businesses, has once again achieved a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation's 2026 Corporate Equality Index (CEI). This marks the third year in a row the company has earned the "Equality 100 Award," the nation's premier benchmark for LGBTQ+ friendly workplace policies and practices.
For Red Ventures, this recognition is about more than just a score. It's a reflection of a year-round commitment to its people and the local community:
Venture Out: Our LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) is at the center of our culture, driving advocacy, mentorship, and creating community within RV and in our community
Charlotte Pride: As a long-standing partner of Charlotte Pride, Red Ventures remains deeply committed to supporting the LGBTQ+ community in our our city and beyond
Equitable Benefits: The perfect score recognizes RV's industry-leading benefits, including comprehensive healthcare for LGBTQ+ teammates and their families and non-discrimination policies that protect all employees.
"For nearly a quarter of a century, the Corporate Equality Index has put a marker down for businesses committed to inclusion and transparency for all workers. Now, more than ever, we celebrate them," said Kelley Robinson, President of the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. "No matter the environment, companies that communicate clearly and lead with transparency earn trust, retain talent, and strengthen their business."
By maintaining a 100% rating for three consecutive years, Red Ventures continues to set the standard for how high-growth businesses can prioritize culture and community alongside performance.
