Drop-off Sites Closed on July 4, 2026; No Changes for Trash & Recycling Schedule

The Streets Division drop-off sites will be closed on Saturday, July 4, 2026 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

Since the holiday falls on a Saturday, there will be no changes to the trash and recycling collection schedule. People with a Friday and Monday curbside pickup should place the carts out for collection on their normal date.

Drop-off Site Information

Streets Division drop-off sites will be closed on Saturday, July 4, 2026.

Drop-off sites will remain closed on Sunday, July 5, 2026. Drop-off sites are closed on Sundays.

The drop-off sites will reopen for their regularly scheduled hours on Monday, July 6, 2026.

There Are No Changes to Trash & Recycling Collection This Week or Next Week

Since the July 4 holiday falls on a Saturday, there are no changes to the trash and recycling schedule.

If you have a Friday collection day by the Streets Division, have the scheduled cart (or carts) out for emptying by 6:30am on Friday, July 3, 2026.

And if you have a Monday collection day by the Streets Division, have the scheduled cart (carts) at the curb for pickup by 6:30am on Monday, July 6, 2026.
