Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised BREMER Projektentwicklung GmbH on the acquisition of a 30,500-square-metre site in Dissen am Teutoburger Wald, including an existing property, as part of a sale-and-leaseback transaction. The nationwide project developer plans to construct a modern, sustainable logistics facility on the site.
Strategically located in an industrial park along the A33 motorway, the site offers excellent connectivity to Hamburg, Hanover, and the Ruhr region. It currently houses a cross-dock facility built in the 2000s, comprising approximately 6,500 square meters of warehouse space and 1,000 square meters of office space. The property is presently leased to a tire retreading company under the sale-and-leaseback arrangement.
Construction of a new logistics center is scheduled to begin in mid-2026. Plans include a flexible hall layout ranging from 7,500 to 16,500 square meters, with the option for build-to-suit development based on tenant requirements. A positive preliminary building permit has already been secured, and completion is targeted for mid-2027. BREMER will execute the project on a turnkey basis as the general contractor.
BREMER Projektentwicklung GmbH specializes in revitalizing and restructuring previously used properties, developing real estate for office users, retailers, commercial enterprises, and manufacturing and logistics companies.
