Compactor Rentals of America Acquires Tower Compactor Rentals

PHOENIX, AZ - Compactor Rentals of America, LLC ("CRA"), a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC ("Kinderhook"), today announced the acquisition of Tower Compactor Rentals ("Tower"). The transaction combines two national, independent waste compactor and baler leasing companies, resulting in a combined owned fleet of ~20,000 units. This acquisition marks CRA's sixth since partnering with Kinderhook and 14th since inception. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2012, Tower has built an unrivaled legacy of reliability, service, and customer partnership across the continental United States. The acquisition substantially enlarges CRA's fleet and national reach, deepening the installed base of owned fleet and extending CRA's ability to deliver fast, seamless support wherever customers operate.
