Traffic Advisory for the 2026 Credit Union Cherry Blossom 10 Mile Race

WASHINGTON - On Sunday, April 12, the Credit Union Cherry Blossom 10 Mile Race will take place in the District of Columbia. In conjunction with this event, there will be street closures that motorists should take into consideration.
The following will be closed to traffic from approximately 2 a.m. to 1 p.m. this Sunday:
- 15th Street from Constitution Avenue to Independence Avenue
The following will be closed from approximately 6-11 a.m.:
- Memorial Bridge
- Memorial Circle
- Rock Creek Parkway from Pennsylvania to Parkway Drive
- Ohio Drive from Parkway Drive to 23rd Street
- Parkway Drive
- East and West Potomac Parks
- Hains Point
- 17th Street from Constitution Avenue to Independence Avenue
- Raoul Wallenberg Pl from Independence Avenue to Maine Avenue
- Maine Avenue from East Basin Drive to Independence Avenue
- Independence Ave from 14th Street to 23rd Street
