Phillips Avenue Parking Repair

Beginning on Monday, September 28, 2026, the parking spaces in front of JL Beers will be closed to allow crews to make concrete repairs. Traffic will be maintained on Phillips Avenue at all times.

This work is expected to be completed in approximately 1 week.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Sidewalk Closure - Plum Creek Circle and Plum Creek Road

On Monday, September 28, 2026, portions of the sidewalk will be closed at the intersection of East Plum Creek Circle and East Plum Creek Road to allow contracting crews to perform accessible curb ramp repairs.

The sidewalk on the west side of Plum Creek Road will be closed during this work for approximately 1 week. Pedestrian traffic will be detoured around the work zone.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
