Experienced instructors lead CIT classes at Homewood-Brushton Center
CCAC through funding from Neighborhood Allies, is providing FREE Computer Information Technology courses beginning this month. Course topics include Computer and Information Technology Fundamentals, Networking and Support, Infrastructure, Office Management and Computer Security.
Students can apply credits from these classes toward a Cybersecurity Support Specialist certificate, Administrative Computer Specialist certificate or a Network Support Specialist certificate.
Also, a new course and cohort is being offered in mechatronics, with limited enrollment available.
To be eligible, students must be residents of the city of Pittsburgh or selected surrounding areas. Classes are set to begin Monday, Jan. 26.
