    MASSACHUSETTS AVE
    Jamoni Nelson, 30, Unhoused with a last known address in Somerville, was placed under arrest on multiple charges including Assault & Battery, Possession of a Class B Drug with Intent to Distribute, Resist Arrest, and Assault & Battery on a Police Officer. A victim alleged that Nelson had struck them on the street in Central Sq. without provocation. When officers attempted to speak with Nelson, he became physically assaultive and caused injury to several police officers. Once in custody, Nelson was found to have two (2) warrants out of Brockton District Court and a large quantity of a white, rock like substance believed to be crack cocaine.
