St. Mary’s Health System Honors 2025 Marguerite d’Youville Award Recipients

St. Mary's Health System proudly announces the recipients of the 2025 Marguerite d'Youville Awards, which celebrate team members who exemplify the values of compassion, integrity, excellence, and collaboration in service to others.

The awards are named for Saint Marguerite d'Youville, foundress of the Sisters of Charity of Montreal, known as the Grey Nuns, whose legacy of kindness and service continues to inspire St. Mary's mission.

This year's honorees are:

  • Lena Lane, Marguerite d'Youville Award for Compassion
  • Michelle Hould, Marguerite d'Youville Award for Integrity
  • Matt Harnden, Marguerite d'Youville Award for Excellence
  • Forrest Cornell, Marguerite d'Youville Award for Collaboration

In addition, Mona Robitaille received the Gloria Jenkins Award, recognizing exceptional service and a deep commitment to St. Mary's mission and values.

The Marguerite d'Youville Awards are presented each fall during Mission Week, a weeklong celebration of St. Mary's heritage, community, and dedication to caring for all. Award recipients are nominated by peers and selected by a committee of past honorees and leaders.

"Each of this year's recipients reflects the heart of our mission in their everyday work," said Win Brown, President of St. Mary's Health System. "Their compassion, teamwork, and integrity strengthen the care we provide and remind us why our ministry of healing matters."
