SCC Wins MSP Innovation Award at LogicMonitor’s 2026 Elevate Awards

Recognition highlights SCC's development of SCC Vision™, a LogicMonitor-powered managed services platform advancing unified observability, operational efficiency and AI-driven innovation

LONDON, November 5, 2026 - SCC today announced that it has received the MSP Innovation Award as part of LogicMonitor's 2026 Elevate Awards. LogicMonitor, the AI-first platform for Autonomous IT, announced the 2026 award winners at its Elevate Community Conference in London.

The Elevate Awards recognise LogicMonitor customers and partners that are achieving measurable business and operational outcomes through AI-powered observability. SCC received the MSP Innovation Award for developing SCC Vision™, a LogicMonitor-powered managed services platform that unifies monitoring across hybrid environments, integrates ServiceNow workflows and advances the delivery of more intelligent, scalable IT services.

By making LogicMonitor the observability foundation of SCC Vision™, SCC is modernising its managed services operations through the consolidation of legacy monitoring tools, service-centric dashboards and integrated incident management workflows. With approximately 90% of customer migrations completed, SCC is building a more standardised and scalable approach to monitoring across public and private cloud environments. Through its collaboration with LogicMonitor, SCC is also advancing Edwin AI, log analytics and automation capabilities to improve alert correlation, accelerate root cause analysis and enable more proactive, efficient service delivery.
