Julian Perlman Appointed as Chair of Exemptions and Immunities Committee of ABA Antitrust Section for Second Consecutive Year

Partner Julian Perlman has been appointed as Chair of the Exemptions and Immunities Committee of the ABA Antitrust Section for the second consecutive year. In the past year, the committee focused on developing and maintaining practical resources for antitrust practitioners, addressing a wide range of exemptions and immunities to antitrust liability. That will continue moving forward, as the committee also spearheads an update to the section's State Action Practice Manual at a time when the state-action doctrine continues to be challenged, litigated and refined by courts and enforcement agencies.
