PM condoles loss of lives in firecracker factory mishap in Kaushambi
The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives in a mishap at a firecracker factory in Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh. Shri Modi conveyed his condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
Shri Modi also announced an ex-gratia of ₹2 lakh from the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund (PMNRF) to the next of kin of each deceased and ₹50,000 for the injured.

Extremely saddened by the loss of lives due to a mishap at a firecracker factory in Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh. My thoughts are with the bereaved families in this hour of grief. May the injured recover at the earliest.
