On April 2, 2026, Landstar System, Inc. ("Landstar" or the "Company") announced that Michael K. Kneller, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and an Executive Officer of the Company since 2005, will be resigning his employment with the Company on May 8, 2026 to join the law firm of Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary, P.C. In connection with Mr. Kneller's departure, the Company has named Vallie S. Dugas, currently Landstar's Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, as the Company's Interim Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, effective May 8, 2026.
