Glendale Tech Week Marks 10 Years of Innovation, Collaboration, and Community
Four-Day Celebration Highlighted Glendale's Growing Tech Ecosystem
GLENDALE, CA - The City of Glendale celebrated the 10th anniversary of Glendale Tech Week from September 23-26, 2026, bringing together nearly 2,000 registrants for four days of events highlighting the organizations, people, and ideas shaping the city's tech and innovation ecosystem.
The milestone celebration featured 15 events hosted by organizations and partners across Glendale, including workshops, networking events, a Demo Day, a hackathon, and panels focused on tech, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
Building What's Next: Celebrating a Decade of Innovation
The 10th anniversary was commemorated on September 23rd with "Building What's Next," a special event at LOOK Dine-In Cinemas in Glendale. The event brought together civic, technology, and healthcare leaders for welcoming remarks and a fireside chat exploring the future of tech and opportunities that lie ahead.
The program featured guest speaker Celeste Grade, Head of Research and Tech & Society Partnerships at Google, and Omkar P. Kulkarni, VP and Chief Innovation & Transformation Officer at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, who moderated the conversation. Anthony Portantino, Google's Director of Public Policy and Government Affairs and former California State Senator, also joined the celebration.
