MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers, Auto Care Association Announce 2026 Joint Channel Forecast Webinar

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., and BETHESDA, Md. - MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers and the Auto Care Association, in partnership with S&P Global Market Intelligence, today announced the 2026 Joint Channel Forecast Webinar, which will take place on June 11, 2026, from 1-2 p.m. ET.

The annual Joint Channel Forecast webinar provides automotive aftermarket professionals with an exclusive first look at the industry's most trusted forecast, delivering insights into market size, growth rates, channel performance and long-term outlook through 2029.

Produced by S&P Global Market Intelligence and supported by the Auto Care Association and MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers, the Joint Channel Forecast is a critical planning resource for manufacturers, distributors, retailers and service providers throughout the automotive aftermarket. Webinar attendees will receive early access to key findings before the forecast is released publicly on MEMA's website and published in the 2027 Auto Care Factbook.

"As we navigate a period marked by higher fuel prices and continued inflationary pressures on consumers, the automotive aftermarket continues to demonstrate remarkable resilience," said Emily Poladian, president, MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers. "Consumers continue to rely on their vehicles and are forecast to drive more this year than last. At the same time, they are choosing to maintain and repair those vehicles longer, creating sustained demand across the aftermarket. We are also seeing strong momentum behind parts that reflect the increasing use of technology and complexity in today's vehicles. Together, these trends exemplify the resilience of the automotive aftermarket industry and reinforce its critical role in keeping America moving."

The Joint Channel Forecast provides participants with accurate and reliable market projections, channel performance analysis and insights into emerging industry trends. By leveraging these data-driven insights, aftermarket businesses can better align their strategies with projected market demands, identify growth opportunities and optimize investments for long-term success.

"The Joint Channel Forecast has become an indispensable resource for companies across the aftermarket supply chain," said Bill Hanvey, president and CEO, Auto Care Association. "In a rapidly evolving marketplace, access to timely, credible and forward-looking data is essential. This forecast helps industry leaders understand where the market is headed, so they can make more informed decisions and position their organizations for sustained growth."

Webinar attendees will hear directly from S&P Global Market Intelligence experts as they examine the size and trajectory of the automotive aftermarket, discuss key market drivers and highlight trends shaping the industry through 2029.

The webinar is complimentary for Auto Care Association and MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers members; however, registration is required.
