CCAC Hosts Open House Events, Virtual Sessions and Campus Tours in October

Prospective students and parents talk with CCAC staff and faculty

CCAC will host October open house events at the college's South campus and West Hills Center. Virtual information sessions, designed to provide information about specific programs and inform prospective students about the enrollment process, are also planned. In addition, campus tours will be held throughout the month at the four CCAC campuses and West Hills Center.

The schedule is as follows:

  • Wednesday, Oct.15, 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.: Open House at CCAC South Campus (1750 Clairton Rd #885, West Mifflin, PA 15122)
  • Wednesday, Oct. 29, 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.: Open House at CCAC West Hills Center (1000 McKee Rd, Oakdale, PA 15071)
  • Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2:00 p.m.: Virtual Financial Aid Workshop
  • Wednesday, Oct. 8, 5:00 p.m.: Virtual CCAC Skilled Trades Presentation featuring Carpenters Union Apprenticeship
  • Wednesday, Oct. 8, at 6:00 p.m.: Virtual Enrollment Session

The events are open to all prospective students, their family members and friends. Open house attendees will have an opportunity to learn more about the college's programs, resources and campus activities. Campus tours and refreshments are also planned. Participants will be able to interact with college administrators, faculty, advisors and staff-and learn how to enroll in one of CCAC's more than 130 degree, certificate and diploma programs to meet their educational and career goals-as well as explore the following:

  • Academic Advising, Transfer Counseling, and Registration
  • Placement Testing
  • Dual Enrollment/Early College Programs
  • Student Services
  • Military & Veterans Services
