The EDGE Academy Selection Committee, comprised of representatives from Learfield and MOAA, have chosen the following individuals for the 2026 cohort:
A Commitment to Inclusion and Growth
"The EDGE Academy continues to be a catalyst for meaningful change in our industry. By equipping talented professionals with the tools and connections they need, we're not just opening doors-we're building pathways for long-term success. Learfield's commitment to this mission is inspiring, and together we're shaping a more inclusive future for college athletics," said Stan Johnson, Executive Director Emeritus of MOAA.
Sessions will focus on leadership development, sales strategies, technology, marketing, and brand licensing. Participants will also have the option to shadow Learfield team members in person at select partner institutions and affiliated companies.
" This partnership is far more than an initiative; it's a living, breathing commitment to creating real access, growth, and opportunity. Especially when you consider the ever-changing landscape of collegiate athletics-a space where diverse perspectives are essential for innovation and growth. I feel incredibly fortunate to work for a company like Learfield that not only values this but is also committed to investing in it," said Ian Moses, SVP of Talent Acquisition and Inclusive Experiences.
