ATLANTA (Sept. 26, 2025) - The number of adults over age 60 is projected to reach 1.4 billion worldwide by 2030, signaling one of the most profound demographic shifts in history. This growth is impacting every facet of society, from workplace dynamics and customer expectations to healthcare and community support. The inaugural AgeTech Connect Summit will convene leaders from across industries to examine these key changes - and highlight the role of AgeTech in shaping the future.
The AgeTech Connect Summit 2025 will be held on Tuesday, November 18, at Atlanta Tech Village in Buckhead. Registration information can be found here.
"Every day, more people will enroll in Medicare than new babies born - a reflection of how age is rapidly reshaping the U.S. landscape," said AgeTech Connect CEO Jeffrey Gray. "Combined with falling birth rates, this shift is making longevity one of the defining issues of our generation. Our inaugural AgeTech Connect Summit will explore what this means for work, community, and the economy, and how AgeTech can change the game."
Among the scheduled speakers at the one-day summit:
"This is the place to share ideas, make lasting connections, and help forge solutions for the future of aging," said AgeTech Connect Summit Event Chair David Hartnett, also a Strategic Advisor at Atlanta Tech Village and former Chief Economic Development Officer, Metro Atlanta Chamber. "We're pleased to welcome thought leaders who recognize that aging is not a challenge to overcome but an opportunity to live life to its fullest."
"At TCARE, we see firsthand how innovation can make life easier for family caregivers and the loved ones they support," said Lindsey Niemeier, AgeTech Connect Summit Co-Chair and Chief Executive Officer, TCARE, Inc. "The AgeTech Connect Summit is an important gathering because it brings together voices across industries who all share the same goal: creating a future where aging well is possible for everyone."
Sponsors and partners of the AgeTech Connect Summit include CDW, Inspiren, TCARE, Inc., Atlanta Tech Village, Eli Lilly and Company, TriNet, Claris Healthcare Inc., Georgia State University Gerontology Institute, 1 True Health, Ageless Innovation, HomeSight, Traktion Partners, and Carabiner Communications.
