Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On May 12, 2026, the Company held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at which the Company's shareholders voted on the three proposals noted below, each of which is further described in the Company's definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 26, 2026 (the "2026 Proxy Statement").
