EXTENDED: Walnut Bridge Closure over I-70 on the north side of the Downtown Loop, NOW -April 17

EXTENDED: JACKSON COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Transportation CLOSED the Walnut bridge over I-70 on the north side of the Downtown Loop for bridge work NOW until Friday April 17. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
