The University of Pittsburgh will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day.
Many faculty and staff will be off for this federal holiday - here's what you need to know about services and adjusted schedules across the Pittsburgh campus:
Transit: Pitt campus shuttles - including routes 10A, 20A, 30C and SafeRider - will not run July 3-5; summer schedule services will return July 6.
Health: Student Health Services, including the Counseling Center and University Pharmacy, are closed for all University holidays. The office will reopen at 9 a.m. July 6.
Dining: See Pitt Eats' hours of operation.
University Stores: Closed July 3-4.
Panther Central: Panther Central will provide 24-hour support during July 4 by phone at 412-648-1100 or chat on the Panther Central website. The office will be unavailable for walk-in service.
