Executive Order approving a list of information in fuel and energy sector subject to restricted access

In view of the need of urgent measures in response to unfriendly actions taken in violation of international law by the United States of America and foreign states and international organisations aligned with it, and pursuant to federal laws On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection and On Measures (Countermeasures) against Unfriendly Actions of the United States of America and Other Foreign Countries, the President has ordered that a list of information in the fuel and energy sector subject to restricted access be approved. The Executive Order further establishes that maintaining confidentiality of the information included in the approved list and implementing measures required for this purpose under the legislation of the Russian Federation are mandatory.

The Executive Order also sets out the procedure for using the information included in the list.
