Town of Clifton - Clifton-Fine Central School District / Capital Improvements Project

Negative Declaration

St. Lawrence County - The Board of Education Clifton-Fine City School District (CSD), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Clifton-Fine Central School District / Capital Improvements Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves improvements to existing buildings & grounds and shall include, but not limited to, site development under 2-acres (asphalt walk/drive reconstruction, solar array, reconstruction & bus garage apron replacement), building envelope upgrades (masonry restoration, & windows), interior renovations (classrooms, nurses suite, main office suite), mechanical system upgrades, plumbing system upgrades electrical system upgrades; and associated alterations necessary to accomplish the work. The project is located at 11 Hall Avenue, in the Town of Clifton, New York.
