Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 29, 2026, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (the "Bank") announced that Mr. Alp E. Can, was appointed Chief Operating Officer ("COO") of the Bank, and that Mr. Can's appointment and compensation arrangements were subject to review and non-objection by the Bank's regulator, the Federal Housing Finance Agency ("FHFA"). On August 25, 2026, the Bank received FHFA's non-objection to the COO appointment and compensation and therefore is filing this amendment to the Form 8-K filed on July 29, 2026. Except for the changes to Mr. Can's incentive compensation goals to be determined in accordance with the COO role requirements, there have been no changes to Mr. Can's compensation arrangements in connection with his appointment as COO.
