Adjournment of Annual General Meeting
The Company convened its 2026 annual general meeting on September 30, 2026. The meeting was adjourned until November 20, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. EST to allow for the presentation of the Company's audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
The adjourned annual meeting will be held at 440 E. Swedesford Rd., Suite 301, Wayne, Pennsylvania 19380, United States (with an audio and video link available for shareholders in Ireland at McCann FitzGerald LLP, Riverside One, Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2, D02 X576, Ireland at 2:00 p.m. IST). Only shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 30, 2026 are entitled to attend the adjourned annual meeting. No proposals will be voted on and no business will be transacted at the adjourned annual meeting with the exception of the laying of the Company's annual financial statements, including the reports of the directors and the auditors relating to those financial statements.
