Stikeman Elliott has been named Law Firm of the Year in Corporate Law and in Leveraged Buyouts & Private Equity Law in the Best Law Firms in Canada 2027 Guide.

The Law Firm of the Year designation is awarded to a single firm in each practice area, recognizing the firm that has earned the highest overall standing among peers and clients in that category. Two of these distinctions in one year reflect the strength of our corporate and private equity practices and the trust clients place in our teams on their most significant transactions.
