"The Congressional Art Competition is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the creativity and talent of students right here in Northeastern Pennsylvania," said Rep. Bresnahan. "I'm continuously impressed by the submissions we receive, and I'm proud to recognize all of this year's participants for their hard work and creativity."
The annual competition showcases the creativity and talent of high school students throughout the region, with submissions including paintings, drawings, photography, and mixed media. Each year, one winning piece is selected to be displayed for one year in the United States Capitol.
