The ASPPH Center for Public Health Workforce Development is pleased to announce that the application is now open for the ASPPH/ONDCP Applied Practice Experience Program, a collaboration with the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP). This innovative initiative will provide four MPH students from ASPPH-member institutions with high-impact practicum placements focused on advancing ONDCP's national drug control priorities. The application deadline is Friday, November 14, at 11:59 PM PT.
Through hands-on experiences at ONDCP, students will contribute to evidence-based research, data analysis, and policy development addressing substance use and overdose prevention. Building on ASPPH's nearly 40 years of experience managing federal applied learning and training programs, this partnership strengthens the public health workforce and prepares the next generation of leaders to translate science into action in support of the nation's public health and drug policy goals.
