Humana Subsidiary iCare Selected for Family Care and Family Care Partnership Contracts Across Southeast Wisconsin

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Independent Care Health Plan (iCare), a Humana subsidiary, has been selected by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services to serve both the Family Care and Family Care Partnership programs in the greater southeast region. This award expands iCare's footprint to all seven counties in the service area and reinforces its leadership in delivering high-quality managed long-term services and supports.

The intent to award marks iCare's third consecutive Wisconsin geographic win, with the organization earning the highest overall evaluation score among awardees for both Family Care and Family Care Partnership. With this pending contract, iCare will now offer Family Care, branded Inclusa, in all 72 counties, while expanding access to additional individuals in Kenosha, Ozaukee, Racine, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington, Waukesha to Family Care Partnership.

For example, in December 2025, iCare staff sponsored and volunteered at the Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency's holiday meal box distribution, helping provide 235 meal boxes to local families during the winter season.
