Traffic flow on section of Flower Street to be reduced to one lane in each direction April 29 to May 15
Concrete is being replaced on Flower Street, from First Street to Washington Avenue, from April 29 through May 15.
As a result, traffic flow will be restricted to one lane in each direction.
Please note that there may be delays for both motorists and pedestrians, and keep an eye out for advisory signs.
