Dentons advises Inwido AB on the acquisition of Victorian House Window Group Ltd

London-Dentons has advised Inwido AB, Europe's leading window and door group, on its acquisition of Victorian House Window Group Ltd, a UK market leader in uPVC sliding sash windows.

The transaction involved the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of Victorian House Window Group from the majority shareholder BGF and other shareholders. The purchase price was £60 million on a cash-and debt-free basis. Victorian House Window Group generates annual revenues of approximately £33 million and employs around 300 people across the UK and Ireland.

Headquartered in Ammanford, Wales, Victorian House Window Group operates a vertically integrated manufacturing facility and a national sales and distribution platform. The business is recognised for its strong brands, including ECOSlide® and Victorian Sliders®, and for its commitment to sustainable manufacturing practices.
