FEDERAL TAX CREDIT WEBINAR

The Washington Trust for Historic Preservation in partnership with DAHP present:

Climate Pledge Arena: A Federal Historic Tax Credit Case Study

Thursday, September 24, from 12:00-1:00 pm, with guest Climate Pledge Arena Senior Vice President of Finance Eric Jaeger. We'll look at the federal Rehabilitation Tax Credit, which can offer substantial tax breaks to developers and property owners looking to rehabilitate historic buildings, using as our case study Washington's biggest project to date: Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle.
