As we enter 2026, we are evolving our platform to bring even more utility and delight to that journey. To help guide this next phase, we're excited to welcome two new leaders to our team: Lawrence Kennedy as Head of Product and Greg Moore as Head of Design & Research.

This next phase extends beyond apartment search and focuses on delivering value throughout the rental lifecycle. By integrating human-centric design and advanced AI, we're strengthening the bridge between those looking for a home and those who provide them.

• For Renters: We are evolving beyond traditional search toward a more discovery-led experience. With over a million leases under our belt, we're leaning more deeply into personalization to do the heavy lifting, removing noise and delivering a proactive experience that gives renters the confidence to make one of life's biggest decisions.
• For Property Partners: We're building infrastructure designed to support both resident acquisition and long-term retention. Our focus is on attracting ready-to-move renters, providing actionable insights that shape your marketing strategy, and creating the centralized tech needed to nurture residents and encourage them to re-sign.

Collaborative Leadership for a Complex Journey

Lawrence Kennedy (Head of Product) joins us from a career spent scaling world-class consumer platforms at Spotify, YouTube, and Pandora. He's an expert at using technology to create "aha!" moments through deep personalization.

Greg Moore (Head of Design & Research) joins us with a background at Meta, Google, and Shopify, where he specialized in making complex digital experiences feel empowering and simple.

I'm thrilled to join a group that starts with understanding the human needs behind the search, building experiences that adapt to how people actually make decisions."
