HOLLYWOOD, CA (June 22, 2026) Paramount Skydance Corporation (Nasdaq: PSKY) ("Paramount") today announced the elevation of its Industrial Relations team into a new standalone division to be co-led by Nicole Lang and Sheldon Kasdan, Executive Vice Presidents & Co-Heads of Industrial Relations. Both report directly to Makan Delrahim, Chief Legal Officer.
This move underscores Paramount's view of Industrial Relations as a core strategic priority and reinforces the company's commitment to strong, constructive partnerships with guilds, unions, and industry professionals.
Said Delrahim, "Nicole and Sheldon have played a key role in navigating recent labor negotiations and strengthening our relationships with our partners across the industry. Elevating Industrial Relations to a standalone division reflects both the importance of this work and our confidence in their continued leadership."

About Nicole Lang
Nicole A-J. Lang serves as Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Paramount's Industrial Relations division. Ms. Lang oversees all aspects of Industrial Relations for the Motion Picture division and the studio back lot operations.
In this role, she also serves as chief spokesperson for Paramount Pictures in all AMPTP led industry wide negotiations with the Directors Guild of America, the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, the Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, Its Territories and Canada, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and the Basic Crafts, the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, the Writers Guild of America and others.
Ms. Lang serves on the AMPTP Board of Directors and also serves as Trustee on the Board of Directors for the Directors Guild of America-Producer Pension and Health Plans, the Motion Picture Industry Pension & Health Plans, Teamsters Local 817 Pension, Welfare and Scholarship Funds and the IATSE Entertainment and Exhibition Industries Training Trust Fund.
Ms. Lang holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Labor & Employment Law from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. She received her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Whittier Law School and her Bachelor of Science in Economics at the University of California at Davis.
About Sheldon Kasdan
Sheldon Kasdan is Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Paramount's Industrial Relations division. In his role, he has primary responsibility for all aspects of Industrial Relations for the TV Media Division and PTVS. He serves as CBS Studios' and PTVS' chief spokesperson at AMPTP led industry-wide negotiations. He is also CBS Broadcasting's chief negotiator for its national collective bargaining agreements affecting news, stations and sports.
Mr. Kasdan serves on the AMPTP Board of Directors. He is also a trustee on several industry health and pension plans, including the AFTRA Retirement Plan, the Directors Guild of America-Producer Pension and Health Plans, the SAG-AFTRA-Producers Health Plan and the SAG-Producers Pension Plan.
Prior to joining CBS as Vice President of Labor Relations in 2016, Mr. Kasdan was Vice President and Senior Labor Counsel at NBC Universal. He got his start in the industry at the AMPTP where he served as Counsel from 1998-2000. Mr. Kasdan is a cum laude graduate of UCLA with a BA in political science and he received his JD from Loyola Law School.
