Director Resignation
On March 23, 2026, Ty Sagalow resigned as a director of the board of directors (the "Board") of Soulpower Acquisition Corporation (the "Company"), effective immediately. Mr. Sagalow's resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Sagalow for his service on the Board and valuable contributions to the Company.
