Three Norton Rose Fulbright lawyers selected as 2026 ‘Up and Coming Attorney’ by Minnesota Lawyer

Norton Rose Fulbright Minneapolis lawyers Sheila Niaz, Kaylee Sill and Erica Spilde have been named as honorees on Minnesota Lawyer's 2026 Up and Coming Attorneys list.

This recognition highlights emerging legal talent across the state who have distinguished themselves early in their careers. The honorees, all within their first 10 years of practice, were selected for their professional achievements, commitment to client service and contributions to Minnesota's legal community.

Sheila's practice spans intellectual property law and product liability and consumer disputes. Her dual focus enables her to provide comprehensive counsel to clients, particularly in cases where product liability intersects with intellectual property concerns.

Kaylee is a trademark and copyright lawyer whose practice spans the full lifecycle of brand protection, from clearance and prosecution to portfolio management, licensing, enforcement and litigation. She advises a diverse range of clients, from individual artists and emerging businesses to large multinational corporations.

Erica represents clients from a wide variety of industries in complex civil litigation matters. Her practice focuses on contractual disputes, fiduciary duty claims, business torts, consumer disputes, and product liability claims. She also has experience with ERISA litigation and has defended against civil RICO allegations.

Honorees will be profiled in the 2026 edition of the Up and Coming Attorneys/Unsung Legal Heroes magazine and celebrated with an awards luncheon in September.
