ADVISORY - DELAWARE COUNTY - Governor Shapiro to Announce Major New Investments in Chester City to Improve Infrastructure and Create Economic Opportunity

Governor Josh Shapiro will announce major new investments in the City of Chester, improving the city's infrastructure, spurring economic development, removing blight from neighborhoods, and supporting grassroots efforts to strengthen the community.

The Shapiro Administration - in partnership with local leaders - has led an effort to secure significant private investments in Chester and capitalize on Commonwealth funding to support the city and its residents.
