LACERS 2027 ANNUAL OPEN ENROLLMENT COMING SOON

LACERS Health Benefits' Open Enrollment is coming soon and will take place from October 15 to November 16, 2026. To help you prepare, here are key details for this year's Open Enrollment:

• Open Enrollment materials will be mailed in early October and will also be available online at lacers.org/health-benefits.
• Members under age 65 and non-Medicare will receive a packet containing a Health Plan Statement, an Open Enrollment Overview, and instructions on how to access the 2027 Health Benefits Guide online.
• Members age 65 and older with Medicare Part B-only or A & B will receive a Health Plan Statement, an Open Enrollment Overview, and the 2027 Health Benefits Guide in their packet.
• Packets will be mailed to your Correspondence Address, or, if none is listed, to your home address on file as of July 31, 2026. Please note that the packets will not be forwarded even if you have a US Postal Service forwarding order. If you do not receive your packet by October 20, please visit our website for the Open Enrollment materials.
• If you need a hard copy of the Open Enrollment packet, email [email protected] with the subject line: Requesting 2027 Open Enrollment Packet or Health Benefits Guide, and one will be mailed to you. You may also call (800) 779-8328 to request materials. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
• Open Enrollment meetings will be held both in person and virtually. If you are considering a plan change, want to better understand your plan options, or would like to speak directly with health plan carrier representatives, we encourage you to attend. Starting September 8, you can register through your MyLACERS account or by calling LACERS at (800) 779-8328.
