San José Mineta International Airport to Host Industry Day for Coleman Development Project

In-person event to promote dialogue and collaboration with developers

San José, Calif. - San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) has announced an Industry Day at the Airport on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. The event, at SJC's Administrative Offices (1701 Airport Boulevard, Suite B11-30, between Terminals A and B) will allow attendees to engage directly with Airport representatives for the land lease and development of four vacant, Airport-owned parcels located near West Hedding Street, Coleman Avenue, Ruff Drive and Spring Street.

The Airport will present detailed site data during the in-person Industry Day. This event is designed to promote open dialogue and collaboration with the development community. Attendees will be encouraged to ask questions and to share feedback and market insights, which will assist the Airport in refining its strategic objectives while addressing the practical considerations of prospective developers.

All parcels are designated "Combined Industrial/Commercial" under the General Plan and will be offered through a land lease agreement.

Interested parties should register for the Open House here.
