The Westerville Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a public meeting at the Westerville Justice Center at 229 Huber Village Blvd. on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following requests:
BZA 2025-11 (previously tabled): Request for six variances from Chapter 1127.03 (R-2 Development Standards) of the City of Westerville Planning and Zoning code, and the Olde Westerville Special Overlay District for an accessory structure, principal structure expansion, patio and driveway extension
BZA 2026-01: Request for variance from Chapter 1127.03 (R-2 Development Standards) of the City of Westerville Planning and Zoning Code to allow a deck taller than 30 inches with a side yard setback of 2 ft. (min. 8 ft)
