Zayo Europe, a leading fibre infrastructure provider, today announced the launch of two new high-capacity Tier-1 IP Points of Presence (PoPs) in Warsaw, Poland, significantly strengthening its footprint in Central and Eastern Europe.
The new PoPs are located within the two most prominent data center facilities in Warsaw: Equinix WA1, the city's most established interconnection hub, and Atman WAW-2, one of Poland's fastest-growing data cente campuses. Both sites are connected to Berlin and Frankfurt, linking Warsaw directly into Zayo Europe's core pan-European backbone and the wider European digital ecosystem.
As the fastest growing economy in the EU, Poland has become the heart of the digital economy in Central Eastern Europe. Rising domestic demand and a surge in cloud and AI investment have placed Warsaw at the centre of Europe's evolving connectivity landscape.
By establishing a physical presence at both Equinix and Atman, Zayo Europe is bringing 400GE-enabled Tier-1 IP Transit, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) and CloudLink services directly to the city's most connected ecosystems. This enables local ISPs, content providers and enterprises to scale with improved geographic diversity and advanced DDoS mitigation.
