Judges Needed for Postdoc Research Day

Dear faculty, friends, and supporters of our Postdoctoral Scholars,

On Jan. 22, we will be hosting our 18th Annual Postdoc Research Showcase! This means that we are seeking your help in serving as judges for various events associated with the day's festivities.

Specifically, we need:

  • Travel award judges - we have received 11 travel award applications and are in need of 5-6 judges to review the applications. Packets will be forwarded to you upon your acceptance and scores will be due by the end of Tuesday, Jan. 20.
  • Poster judges - we have received 6 abstracts that will be presented on Jan. 22 at the showcase and are in need of 3-4 judges.
  • Podium presentation judges - we have received 11 abstracts that will be presented on Jan. 22 at the showcase and are in need of 5-6 judges. To allow for continuity of scoring, we are hoping that the same judges will be present throughout the day to judge all podium presentations.

Winners of all 3 events will be announced at the conclusion of the showcase. More details can be provided upon request.

Please email Kris Rogers ([email protected]) to let us know which events you can assist with judging.

As always, thank you for all you do for our Postdocs.

My best,

Monica
