Bennett Family of Companies Named Women in Trucking’s “Elite 30” for Second Consecutive Year and Top Company for Women to Work for Ninth Consecutive Year

McDonough, GA (October 12, 2026) - The Bennett Family of Companies has once again earned national recognition from Women In Trucking (WIT), being named a 2026 Top Company for Women to Work in Trucking for the ninth consecutive year and earning a place among WIT's prestigious "Elite 30" for the second consecutive year.

Bennett has earned the Top Company for Women to Work in Trucking recognition every year since the award's inception in 2018, marking nine straight years of being recognized for its commitment to creating opportunities for women throughout the transportation and logistics industry.

For the second year in a row, Bennett also earned a coveted spot in the Elite 30, representing the 30 companies receiving the highest number of votes during the industrywide voting period. The recognition carries special meaning for Bennett because those votes include support from the people who experience Bennett's culture firsthand: its employees, drivers and agents.

"To receive this recognition for nine consecutive years is something I am incredibly proud of, but being named to the Elite 30 for the second year in a row makes it even more meaningful. Our people are the heart of Bennett. Knowing that our own employees, drivers and agents took the time to vote and show their support says more about our culture than any award ever could. We have always believed in creating opportunities for women to lead, grow and succeed, and I am proud of the women across Bennett who continue to make an impact every single day."

As a woman owned company with more than five decades in transportation and logistics, Bennett has long prioritized creating opportunities for women across every level of the organization, from professional drivers and operations to safety, sales, leadership and executive roles.

That commitment extends beyond the workplace through Bennett's Women in the Driver's Seat (WIDS) program, which provides a dedicated community for Bennett's female professional drivers and supports mentorship, recognition, education and connection throughout the organization. Bennett also continues to invest in leadership development and opportunities that encourage women to build long term careers within transportation.

Being recognized for nine consecutive years reflects a culture that has remained consistent even as Bennett has continued to grow and diversify.

"At Bennett, being a family company has always meant taking care of our people and giving them opportunities to succeed. We are proud of how far women have come in this industry, but we are even more excited about where they are going next."
