Keshvani to Speak at Chicago Dealmakers Conference

Taft Chicago partner Payal Keshvani will participate in the panel "Buy and Build: Mastering the Art of Roll-Up Strategies" at the Chicago Dealmakers Conference on Oct. 16. The panel will feature experienced Mergers and Acquisitions professionals discussing the impact of successful roll-up strategies in today's market, along with best practices for developing and executing them effectively.

Keshvani focuses her practice on general and corporate transactional matters.
