July 29, 2026 - Bank of Utah celebrated the opening of its new Spanish Fork branch at 1279 N. Canyon Creek Parkway, expanding the Bank's presence in Utah County and its ability to serve individuals, families and businesses throughout the growing community.
The bank marked the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house on July 29, welcoming community members, local business leaders and residents to tour the new location, meet the team and learn more about Bank of Utah's financial services.
Leading the new Spanish Fork branch are Lane Deason, Branch Manager, and Joseph Valle, Banking Manager.
As Branch Manager, Deason helps clients explore financial options and connects them with lending, business and specialty banking solutions. As Banking Manager, Valle leads daily branch operations and supports clients with their accounts, transactions and everyday banking needs. Together, they are focused on delivering exceptional client experiences while building strong relationships within the Spanish Fork community.
Deason brings nearly a decade of experience in financial services, including eight years as a mortgage loan originator and one year as a banker at Bank of Utah. He earned his bachelor's degree from Western Governors University.
"My goal is to help local families and businesses succeed while contributing to the success of the bank," said Deason. "I believe strongly in this community and look forward to making our Spanish Fork location a trusted financial partner and a top-performing branch."
Valle brings five years of banking experience and expertise in relationship management, consumer lending, private banking and business development. A Spanish Fork native, he is passionate about helping clients in southern Utah County achieve their financial goals while mentoring team members and supporting community engagement.
"What drew me to Bank of Utah was its reputation for relationship banking and community involvement," said Valle. "Those values align closely with how I serve clients and the kind of impact I hope to make professionally and personally."
The Spanish Fork branch is now open and ready to serve the financial needs of individuals, families and businesses throughout Spanish Fork and surrounding communities.
