The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) filed TA589-8, the annual update to its distribution service fee schedule for raising or lowering facilities, special service installations, and non-utility generation application fees.
