KaMin Supports Local Food Banks in Georgia

KaMin teammates across our sites came together to support local food banks through hands-on service and meaningful donations as part of our KaMin Cares initiative. In addition to volunteer efforts, KaMin contributed a $5,000 donation to each food bank, helping provide approximately 25,000 meals to the community.

Golden Harvest Food Bank - East Georgia

Our East GA team volunteered at Golden Harvest's newly completed facility, which reopened in August 2024 after Hurricane Helene.

14 volunteers worked across two teams to prepare over 1,250 bags of fresh vegetables for local schools, churches, and other community programs.

This day of service was not only productive-it was also full of great memories and team bonding. Golden Harvest leaders shared that our team's effort was the largest production they've seen since the facility opened.

Middle Georgia Community Food Bank - MidGa and Macon/HQ

Our teams made a big impact at the Middle Georgia Community Food Bank, including 115 bags and 171 boxes of food packaged by our MidGa team, and another 352 boxes packed by our Macon/HQ group.

Both groups brought incredible energy and teamwork to the project, working efficiently to fill boxes with essential food items for families across the region.
