Alight, Inc. (NYSE: ALIT), a leading benefits administration provider of health, wealth and leave solutions, has been listed by TIME and Statista as one of the World's Most Sustainable Companies for 2026. The award program recognizes companies that prioritize sustainability in their business practices.

For this award, TIME and Statista evaluated companies in more than 20 key performance indicators related to sustainability, including compliance with international reporting standards, greenhouse gas emissions and progress toward sustainability goals and initiatives. Out of over 5,800 of the world's largest and most influential companies assessed, the top 750 were awarded based on their transparency, accountability and impact on the environment.

  • Receiving Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) validation for Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions reduction targets, reinforcing Alight's commitment to reaching net-zero emissions by 2050.

  • Expanding supplier sustainability engagement to encourage emissions measurement, target setting and responsible business practices across Alight's value chain
