LOS ANGELES, June 15, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 1443 N Fuller Ave., a four-story, 82-unit apartment building in Los Angeles, California. The $27.7 million sales price equates to $338,220 per unit. Tony Azzi and Rabbie Banafsheha of the Azzi Group of Marcus & Millichap exclusively represented the seller.
Azzi stated: "Located in Central Los Angeles at the cusp of three unique neighborhoods, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Los Feliz, the property benefits from the city's continued reinvestment in the area and limited new multifamily supply. These fundamentals support sustained occupancy levels and position the area favorably for long-term value appreciation."
