Dena'ina place names panel, Oct. 13
A Dena'ina place names panel will be held on Oct. 13.
Eklutna Chief Aaron Leggett, Professor Jessica Ross, and UAA alum Edna Standifer will address UAA's role in the Dena'ina place names movement. The speakers- all Dena'ina- have participated in the Dena'ina place names and land acknowledgements. They will address the past, present and future of this initiative.
